POP NUT™ tools are designed and manufactured by Emhart Teknologies to be rugged and dependable. Our hydro/pneumatic PNT800A and PNT1000 tools offer speed, low noise, light weight and single trigger operation to satisfy the operator’s needs. Our tools come with a one year warranty on parts.
The PNT tool mandrels are engineered for long life. The mandrel replacement system is simple.
- Remove the nose cone housing
- Pull back the quick release mandrel collar
- Unthread the mandrel
- Thread in a new mandrel
- Release the collar and replace the nose cone.

POP NUT PNT 800 Tools
The PNT800A will install up to 5/16-18 and M8 POP NUT fasteners. The tool is stroke control operated featuring a simple gauge system located above the tool trigger. The tool also features a quick release mandrel replacement system. |
POP NUT PNT 1000 Tools
The PNT1000 is the brute of our tool line up as it will install POP NUT fasteners up to ½-13 and M12. The PNT1000 has the same stroke control feature located above the tool trigger. It also features a quick release mandrel replacement system. |
